Welcome to Prime Line OKC. Please read our policies before booking your appointment.  It is important the policies are followed for safety and to ensure the best experience for your procedure.


Please feel free to call 580-761-1237 if you have any questions about your upcoming appointment. If there is no answer, please leave a message, as I do not answer my phone during procedures.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.  Prior to your service, you will need to fill out paperwork and use the restroom.  

For purpose of safety, sanitation, and legal restraints, we only allow 1 other person in the treatment room.  All other visitors must wait in the lobby.

The results of any cosmetic procedure including scalp micropigmentation but not limited to, refunds cannot be guaranteed. As such, whether or not a patient is satisfied with the outcome, there will be no refunds. The client will be given opportunities by Erin Meier to enhance or correct any issue and to resolve any situation.


Children and safety:  

Due to the nature of our business, we suggest that you make alternate arrangements for your children during your appointment. Due to legal restraints, our staff is unable to mind children. *Children are not allowed in the treatment room during procedures.*

Cell phones:  

Please turn cell phones to silent mode and put away to limit distractions and potential hazards. No phone recording or videotaping will be allowed in the treatment room.  

No food will be allowed in the treatment room. Water or a drink with a lid is allowed.   You can bring snacks to prevent getting light headed if necessary, but please bring them in secure packaging.

Booking & scheduling:

All bookings and reservations are self-service. However, you must notify Prime Line OKC at 580-761-1237 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or canceling through the online booking system is NOT valid.

Cancellation policy:

Your procedures and treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We ask that you please reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment or to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.

Should you need to cancel the scheduled appointment, you must notify Prime Line OKC at 580-761-1237 through voicemail message or text message, if I am unable to take your call.

*Canceling through the online booking system is NOT valid. Calling without leaving a voice mail or text message that the appointment is being canceled is NOT valid. You may reschedule the appointment through the online booking system.

*Any cancellations with LESS THAN 48 HOURS notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to half of the cost of the scheduled service.

*Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize our client’s and staff’s time is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Additionally, many times we have traveled to the location specifically for the service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as makeup for the lost revenue. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. Thank you for respecting and understanding our policy.  

No call and no show:

After 1 no call or no show appointment, you will be charged the full amount of procedure and will NOT be allowed to reschedule an appointment with Prime Line OKC. The credit card on file will be charged if this occurs.  PLEASE NOTE:  When scheduling your appointment through the online booking system, your credit card is not charged unless the appointment is no showed or canceled less than 48 hours from the scheduled appointment.  This includes consultations.

Late policy:

Please note that we have a 15-minute late policy.  Erin takes patients back to back and it is important you are early or on time for the procedure. If you arrive late, your session may be shorted in order to accommodate the other appointments and payment in full will be due.    



Confirmation text and automatic reminder:

We require 48 hours to change or reschedule your appointment.  Clients may be asked to pay upfront prior to rebooking if this is an issue. Our online booking system sends out an SMS | EMAIL courtesy reminder 48 hours before your appointment. All appointments are considered confirmed unless otherwise stated. Please confirm your appointment with the system to avoid any cancellation/no show fees. If you cannot cancel your appointment, please call and leave us a voicemail before the 48-hour window. This is very important and gives other clients the chance to schedule an appointment.

Payment method:

We accept cash, check, and debit/credit cards.Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are acceptable.  

Gift certificates:

*Please remember gift certificates expire 4 months after purchase.   Please make sure the gift certificate recipient schedules their appointment before expiration.  Expired gift certificates are NOT excepted.


Age requirements:  

All clients must be 18 years of age to receive any services. Persons younger than 18 years may also receive services with parental/guardian consent.

Procedures are performed at a medical facility under a supervising physician. Follow post-care instructions to ensure the best results and proper healing.   


Pre-treatment instructions:

Caffeine: We ask that you please refrain from consuming caffeine or energy drinks prior to your appointment to avoid any complications. Please refrain from alcohol the day before and absolutely NO alcohol the day of the procedure. Otherwise, your appointment will be canceled.  

Take Tylenol 30 minutes before the procedure. Avoid Ibuprofen/Aspirin at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please refrain from Fish Oil (Omega 3), Niacin or Vitamin E at least 48 hours before treatment. *Arnica is a good natural supplement that will help with bruising and swelling to take prior to the procedure.

No tanning or intense sun exposure for 2 days prior to treatment.

You must have a driver if pain medication, muscle relaxers, anti-depressants/anxiety medication, Benadryl or any other medication is taken that could affect your driving ability.

Do not come to your appointment if you have not eaten.  Make sure and eat before your appointment! (You may bring a snack to help with blood sugar levels.)

Stay hydrated before and after your procedure.  Water and hydration help aid with proper skin healing.  

Get plenty of rest.

Scalp Micopigmentation appointments:

Please shave hair to at least a #1 or #2 guard prior to your procedure.

Take Extra Strength Tylenol 30 minutes before procedure.

Wash hair prior to treatment to insure a clean scalp.

Moisturize your scalp 1 week prior to session.
